How do I make a booking on your website?

You can make a booking in just 3 steps. Choose your date, select pick up and drop of location. Choose your vehicle and add your extras.

Set your billing details. And proceed to payment.

What information do I need in order to book?

In order to make a booking  we ask for your name and surname, flight number,phone,email,and your drop off location.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

You can choose every combination about your transfer. In case that you can’t find a route, you can fulfil a form at the “Get a quote” menu, or you can contact us  through our live chat 24/7.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay via credit card through viva-wallet smart checkout or you can pay upon arrival directly on our driver.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

In this case you can fullfill the form from “Get a quote” menu or through our live chat 24/7 . One of our representatives will contact you ASAP.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Depends on the vehicle that you choose. For limo service 2 big suitcases plus 2 small bags. For Minivan up to 6 suit cases plus 6 small bags. For minibus up to 18 Suitcases.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

No problem! If you already have the booking, please contact us,via mail or Whatsapp. One of our representatives will contact you soon.

How long will the transfer take?

Depends on the area that you chose for. You can always contact us via whatsapp or email to give you all necessary information.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Our driver will wait and greet you at the airport’s arrivals hall with a name-sign. In case of a departure our driver will wait you at the hotel’s entrance.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

You can always contact us 24/7  via whatsapp or email, so driver will locate you.
